Delivery, Returns & Refunds

Delivery Times

We aim to deliver products within the following timeframes:
• Turkey: 3–5 working days
• Europe: 5–7 working days
• Rest of the world: 7–10 working days

Delivery Costs

We offer free standard delivery on Turkey orders over $99 (online only). Please choose "TR Standard Delivery" at checkout.

Other delivery options:
• Turkey: Standard – $1 / Fast – $9 per order
• Europe: UPS – $20 per order
• Rest of world: UPS – $28 per order

Returns and Refunds

Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, including shipping costs if the return is due to our error. Accepted returns include:
• Any book in original condition
• Any unopened item (still sealed in plastic)

Special Exceptions

• Books cannot be returned after 14 days.
• E-books, Editing, and Translation services are non-refundable.
• For journal subscription cancellations, contact customer service. Refunds will be issued for unused portions.

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after receiving the returned item, using the original payment method. If the return is not due to our error, shipping and tax costs will be deducted.

How to Return

1. Fill out the contact form on our website to initiate your return.
2. We will email you a shipping label.
3. Pack the items securely with the receipt.
4. Attach the label and hand it to your mail carrier.
