EDITORIAL AUTHORITY

Editors-in-Chief

Editors-in-Chief have full authority over the editorial content of their journals, including manuscript evaluation, peer review, editorial decisions, acceptance, revision, rejection, and the timing of publication.

The publisher does not participate in editorial decisions regarding individual manuscripts. Editorial decisions are made independently and are not influenced by commercial interests, advertising, sponsorship, financial considerations, institutional relationships, or other external pressures.

Bayrakol Medical Publishing provides publishing infrastructure, production, and administrative support while respecting the editorial autonomy of each journal. Responsibility for editorial decisions rests exclusively with the Editors-in-Chief and Editorial Boards.

Editors are expected to ensure that all manuscripts are evaluated fairly, objectively, confidentially, and without discrimination based on nationality, ethnicity, gender, religion, institutional affiliation, political beliefs, or other personal characteristics of the authors.

Potential conflicts of interest involving editors, reviewers, or authors are managed transparently in accordance with established editorial and publication ethics policies. Where a conflict exists, the individual concerned is excluded from the editorial or peer-review process.
