Bochdalek Hernia with Adult Diaphragmatic Agenesis

Diaphragmatic hernia arises from pleuro-peritoneal membranes inability to close pericardioperitoneal membranes. Diaphragmatic defect may be located in esophageal hiatus (hiatal hernia), nearby the hiatus (paraesophageal), retrosternal (Morgagni) or posterolateral (Bochdalek).
