Inflammatory Myofibroblastic Tumor of the Bladder

Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor (IMT) of the bladder is a rare entity, its differentiation from embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma and leiomyosarcoma is essential to avoid radical interventions. We report the interesting cystoscopic appearance and treatment of an IMT case in a 32-years-old patient, presented with macroscopic hematuria.
