Giant Dissecting Aortic Aneurysm Imitating Pleural Effusion

Pleural effusion may be depending on the secondary of various diseases and sometimes require urgent intervention. However, chest radiographs of patients with aortic aneurysm may give may be misjudged, and clinicians shouldn't be forgotten wrong. Especially concomitant polycystic kidney disease and marfan's syndrome, thoracic computed tomography should be seen.
